On February 27, 2025, I received an email notification from Nordstrom stating that my package had been delivered. However, I did not receive any package. The tracking information from LaserShip indicated that it was delivered to a "Doorman," with my name signed as the recipient. This is incorrect, as I was returning home and had just pulled into my driveway when the delivery was supposed to be made. I have video evidence from my Ring camera that captures activity from the edge of my driveway and street to my front door during the time frame provided by LaserShip, showing that no delivery was made. I have attached the Ring video for your review. I initially contacted Nordstrom on February 26, 2025, after noticing the delay in delivery. The representative informed me of a backlog issue and advised me to request a refund if the package was not received by February 28, 2025. Upon realizing the package was marked as delivered but not received, I contacted Nordstrom again on February 28, 2025, and spoke with Katelyn. She assured me that a refund request and an investigation would be initiated. However, on March 1, 2025, I received an email stating that my refund request was denied due to the tracking information showing the item as delivered. Katelyn called me on Monday, March 1, and informed me that LaserShip had initiated an internal investigation and that she would forward the email from LaserShip to Nordstrom Financial Services to process my refund. As of today, I have not received a refund. It is concerning that a reputable company like Nordstrom would rely on a shipping company with a one-star rating across multiple feedback platforms. Many customers have reported similar issues with LaserShip, including packages being delivered to incorrect addresses and tracking information showing a delivered status with a forged signature.
