Sizing not properly described
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely disappointed on ending up buying a shoe of wrong size. I intended to buy a shoe of size US:6, UK:5 but I actually bought US:6, UK: 4.5. I am really confused because I bought another shoe that was US:6, UK:5 so I just paid attention to US size and bought this one which was UK:4.5. I only realized when I tried these and noticed that despite US size being the same, the two shoes differed in UK sizing. How is that possible? and even if I accept that there must be some technicality, I am really annoyed why this fact was not highlighted during the buying process to make it clear to the customer about this subtle difference. I live outside of US and had a friend carry these over. Now I have one pair that I cannot wear and there is no straight forward way to return and exchange these.

Nice But....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mules are great but i can't stand the little cut out on the back of the mules whereby if my foot doesn't go all the way in(or even if it does), it sort of hangs and the part annoys the back of my feet.
