Do not purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dear Adidas Customer Service,
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Both pairs of shoes arrived in the correct size; however, they are extremely narrow and did not fit properly. I wasn’t even able to close them—the Velcro wouldn’t reach.
For reference, my son does not have wide feet, so this was unexpected. Additionally, the shoes feel very stiff and uncomfortable.
Given these issues, I would like to request a refund. Please let me know the next steps to process this.

adorable but..
Love these liberty collab adidas! The print is adorable! However after just a few weeks the Velcro stopped staying closed and the shoe kept coming off my toddler as she was walking. I much prefer the regular elastic pull ons over this Velcro closure.

comfortable and perfect for any occasion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my daughter who is very picky but she wanted to match mom and she is very happy with the comfort. I was worried about them not being good for her feet since her feet are wide but she does not have anything to complain about. She wants to wear them every day!!!

Velcro defective after 3 weeks
Very poor quality. After only a few weeks of wear the velcro is completely frayed on the left shoe to the point that it no longer sticks and the laces are starting to rip. My son loves these shoes but unfortunately they are very poorly made.
