Disgusting and unacceptable.
The shipping was fine but my shoes came in all covered in mold. Was there nobody there to check the quality before sending it off? This is really unacceptable as I’m a huge fan of the adidas spezials series.

The shipping was fine but my shoes came in all covered in mold. Was there nobody there to check the quality before sending it off? This is really unacceptable as I’m a huge fan of the adidas spezials series.

Beware MOLD
Bought these as a gift and they arrived a couple weeks ago. I just opened the box to wrap them and the shoes are (1) COVERED in mold and (2) not the right color. Normally the wrong color would be an issue but the mold is unreal. It’s everywhere and I can’t understand how this even happened but more shockingly went unnoticed and were shipped in this condition. And of course now I’m not finding any replacements available so the gift I planned on for my daughter is nonexistent. Have never experienced anything like this from any retailer but certainly never expected it from Nordstrom. Notably - there was not one of those silica packets in the shoe box.
