Terrible shoes, don’t waste your money.
These shoes are terrible. I have always used Nanos for training and based upon reviews, thought I’d give these a shot. What a mistake. They are so uncomfortable and not supportive. The backs of these shoes go so high and rub in the wrong spot. I wore them for a week of training activities hoping they would break in. Even with high socks they rubbed the back of my heel/ankles so bad they are covered in blood. What a waste of money, don’t waste your money on these. They are expensive and not worth it at all. Now I’m out money and have useless shoes.

Improved weight training performance
This is my first pair of weight training shoes and I immediately noticed an improvement with squats. The quality and fit are great as has been my experience with Adidas. They also have excellent air flow. Not a comfortable shoe for multi sport but worth it for maximizing performance in the weight room.
