How to use:
1. Start with clean, dry skin free of moisturizers, soaps, powders, deodorants or perfume.
2. Remove protective backing from bra.
3. Press the Adhesive Bra underneath your breast.
4. Lift and smooth upward.
5. Repeat on the other side. To produce more lift, pull side tabs on either side of the bra and re-stick higher on chest.
