Not glass

Sitting in its manufacturer box for about couple months and now as we’re ready to replace our current wall lamp (glass) cone, so opened the box to discover that the cover tube is not ‘glass’ as listed, but plastic! We didn’t unwrap it. Going back! Ordered it when found on sale.
