'Blu Mediterraneo' Fico di Amalfi Eau de Toilette Spray

I absolutely love the smell of this fragrance. It has great notes of bergamot and citrus that make it sweet and feminine and undertones of fig and cedar that add complexity and spice after wearing it for a while. It is by far one of the best scents I've tried on in a while. However, this fragrance is too light, even for a toilette. It takes a generous amount of sprays for it to stay only about half the day, which is disappointing. I usually wear the jardin Hermes collection and was looking for something different. But, I have to say even though Amalfi fig smells great, I think after this bottle I will stick with the long lasting effect of Hermes (also a toilette but lasts much longer)--the scents are similar, albeit a bit bolder/spicier and the price point is about the same.

It's worth every penny. Takes me back to Europe, in my family's garden where we had fig trees. The smell is exactly of the fig nectar. I simply love the smell it's so blissful. People are always asking what I'm wearing.

This cologne reminds me of a male version of the Jo Malone fragrances. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. It is light and refreshing.

Beautiful fragrance for the summer.This is a beautiful fragrance that is for men and women. It is nice in the heat and never overpowering. I feel as if it can be worn dressed up and down. Longevity on my skin is decent. I love it from the opening until the dry down. I feel as it stays linear throughout the life of the fragrance. This is I feel as it could be a signature fragrance for the summer maybe springtime as well. I do feel as it is full bottle worthy. Closing, this a beautiful fragrance for the summer heat.

This is a beautiful lightweight citrus complex summer scent, which just takes you on holiday each time you spray it. I think it is expensive like most of the fragrance by this brand as it doesn’t have any staying power and probably only lasts 2-3 hours tops, but everything about it, including the stunning bottle is really beautiful. Being a makeup addict, I am not into fragrance. However, from time to time, I buy some perfume. I got this one years ago and am about to finish it. Though I do not use it often (I just forget to spray it), I would say it is one of my favorites as it is very refreshing. I mainly use it during the summer season when there is this need to feel refreshed. The packaging and warm associations with Amalfi, which I love, also played a role. Every time I apply it, I think of Italy and this paradise.
