Poorly delivered

I bought this jacket for my fiancé as a Christmas present. It got delivered very quickly, but poorly packaged. The jacket was delivered in a CLEAR plastic bag that was left on my porch that my fiancé had to pick up and bring inside. Why would you package a $200 jacket inside of a clear bag for neighbors to see what’s inside and potentially steal if they wanted to? Even worse, my fiancé knows what he’s getting for Christmas now. Good job, Nordstrom. Keep up the good work.

Poorly delivered

I bought this jacket for my fiancé as a Christmas present. It got delivered very quickly, but poorly packaged. The jacket was delivered in a CLEAR plastic bag that was left on my porch that my fiancé had to pick up and bring inside. Why would you package a $200 jacket inside of a clear bag for neighbors to see what’s inside and potentially steal if they wanted to? Even worse, my fiancé knows what he’s getting for Christmas now. Nice jacket but fragile

This jacket overall is very warm however it is very fragile. You can easily rip this jacket and within four days of use you will already start to see feathers coming out of it. love the warmth love the love the style, but I feel they could’ve put more into the durability of the jacket.
