Musubi Leather Maxi Bag

I'll begin by saying that I LOVED this bag but ended up returning it. Capacious enough to carry just about anything you might need in the course of a day (except full body PPE) this is an absolute stunner. Unfortunately, after two very light uses for business, the leather had completely scraped off the bottom corners. I'm not sure if Acne needs to reinforce them or put studs on the bottom but I'm not comfortable spending some $1600 including tax for a bag that is utterly impractical in the wild! If you plan to never, ever put this down, go for it.

This bag is a DREAM!!! It fits my 13" laptop, a change of shoes, and everything else I need for a full day but miraculously never feels heavy. The width of the strap and the weight distribution feel almost engineered-- I'm seriously in love with how functional the bag is. I also love that it's divided into three pockets, so I can actually find what I'm looking for, versus other tote bags that are basically one big black hole. The leather is smooth and substantial, but I'm not going to feel badly once the bag starts showing age... I think it will look nice with a little patina. Beats every other tote bag out there, with style to spare.

While on the larger side, this bag is absolutely stunning in person. The origami side knots are so well done, the leather is high quality and the strap is strong and thick. I ended up making this my laptop bag for work and it'll fit a 13 inch lengthwise with a little finessing at the entry. Love that it's split into 3 compartments for the various things you might be carrying around. Received many compliments already on the bag.

I received this bag about 3 weeks ago and love it even more than I expected to. I travel a lot for work and couldn’t find a bag that looked professional, but allowed me to carry all my persona (purse stuff) along with my laptop and other materials. At first I was concerned because the bag is a little heavier than I thought I would like, but after using it I’m sold. As mentioned, it holds a ton, doesn’t lose its shape and the wide strip makes it a lot more comfortable to wear.

I returned it within an hour of receiving it. Not only is this bag TRULY enormous (a plus for travel) but the leather is luxurious, soft and oh-so-fragile feeling. As a mom of three I liked the idea of a large black tote but this particular piece would attract scuffs and scratches too quickly with my lifestyle. I returned it in pristine condition before anything could happen to it. This is a gorgeous bag for a professional lady who wears soft clothes and moves softly, and never sets it down anywhere. Considering the bag's huge size lends itself well to travel, work and diaper bag purposes in theory, it might be difficult to use it practically when the leather is just so very soft and scratchable.

This is my favorite handbag. I've had it for close to three years and I've flown with it a number of times and stuffed it under the seat in front of me. No scuffs! The leather still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it, and it holds everything. I bought it at Nordstrom and I was appalled at the price, but I have to say it's worth it.
