Bad Batch
Product itself is good. Problem is it almost always comes halfway full. This time I bought two more and not only they were halfway full, but they also have white particules in it. Someone needs to check and see what’s going on with this product. Not the first time. And now I’m not sure I’ll purchase again.

This is not a brand new bottle
I got it today and i was so surprised when there was a half of the liquid in the bottle instead of a full one. Somebody used it before it was shipped to me. I wanna exchange for a new bottle.

First week or so it gave me a few chin spots, then it seemed to have settled after twice daily use. Continued useage has been fine now. Leaves a lovely smooth feeling afterwards too before you then apply your next facial skin care.
