Crossbody awkwardness
I had been so excited about this bag based on the website image. However, the biggest problem is that the shoulder strap is not removable. I wanted to use this as a crossbody bag, but that would mean tucking the thick shoulder strap inside the small bag. Nope, not practical at all unless your bag is practically empty. I was looking forward to the all-natural material, but in reality, the material is thick and rough. The colors are less vibrant than those in the photo. Construction and zipper are good. Since the material is rough and not soft or flexible, the bag seems too small in terms of what it can hold. I love the initial concept, but the overall design is a big fail. I immediately set this aside as a return. Not even gonna give it a second glance.
