This shoe is worth the price - the leather insole is buttery soft, the quality is excellent. Got a 9W (my ideal size) and the fit is pretty good.

Gorgeous Shoe But .....
This shoe is just as gorgeous as its picture, but the narrow width I purchased slipped badly on my heel, and I had to return it. I'm happy that Nordstrom carries narrow width shoes for women, but this brand makes narrow sizes that are just too wide in the heel.

On trend and on point
Preppy chic is trending for fall 2025. These elevated (literally and figuratively!) penny loafers are everything. I’m like Goldilocks when it comes to shoes. It’s always a challenge to find comfortable footwear that aren’t sneakers. I’m happy to say that these are perfection in form and function. The leather on this pair confidently walks the fine line between being too soft and too stiff. The heel does the same: it’s neither too high nor too low, and just chunky enough to be stylish without looking clodhopper-ish. Because they taper ever so slightly, they can read casual or dressy depending on how you style them. The cognac suede is simply stunning, a cozy warm neutral perfect for autumn outfits. I ordered a size 10. They fit my slightly wide size 10 feet perfectly. I can rarely wear loafers because of my high insteps. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to slide into these without the least bit of tugging and wiggling.
I just ordered a traditional Ralph Lauren plaid blazer. My inaugural autumn outfit: Ralph Lauren blazer, denim shirt, ivory chinos, and these stunning loafers. A+
I recommend that you size down.
