Abel Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

I literally received these shoes and they were obviously worn previously. They were scuffed all over the bottom had tow marks and missing rhinestones. Someone wore these shipped them back in. Nordstrom had the gall to send them to me as a new product. This is disgusting and unacceptable in my opinion. I guess buyer beware when you’re buying things from Nordstrom online. Also, I called customer service and the best thing that they could do was tell me to return them. Oh, so I returned them, waste my time fuel and energy to return them only to get the purchase price back and have to keep looking for another pair of shoes. Maybe they should’ve just sent me a pair of shoes that wasn’t worn in the first place.
