Heavenly Scen

I randomly came across this candle at another candle shop and was excited to find it at Nordstrom. It literally smells like fresh green mint leaves. The scent is absolutely refreshing and its throw is wide enough, even for the small size. I do hope Nordstrom brings back the larger size in this scent.

Nordstrom needs to do a better job at packing

Nordstrom needs to do a better job at shipping out something as expensive as this. While the glass did not break, the wax on the inside was loose and broken. a better job at packing would have saved me from writing a bad review. Of course I love Trudon. I've had another incident with a Trudon diffuser bottle being banged up /damaged on the top cap because of Nordstrom's packaging.

Excellent candle and terrible customer service

Candle smells fantastic. But a complete fail on customer service. This item shipped to the store (Bellevue). I picked up a brown paper bag with a huge gaping hole and no padding inside. The candle box had signs of use, a terror where a sticker had been. I opened it and found candle shavings all over the glass smudge on it, and when I tipped it over to see if the sticker on the bottom was still adhered, the entire candle fell out of the glass. A simple inspection for a luxury item, especially with the glaring red flag of a torn bag and no padding from Trudon, should have made Nordstrom pause and not sell this. I was hoping to give this as a gift. I would’ve been mortified to have my friend open this up on her birthday.
