Celebrate the 20th anniversary of the beloved Disney Pixar movie 'Cars' with this LEGO® Speed Champions Lightning McQueen (77255) building toy. This construction set for boys and girls ages 9 and up includes many of the design details from the iconic movie character. The Disney model features Lightning McQueen’s famous yellow and orange lightning bolt, number 95, Rust-Eze sponsor logo, tires imprinted with ’Lightyear’ and his famous headlight stickers. The car toy is also the only Speed Champions model with a detailed undercarriage so kids can enjoy extra play value. A great gift idea for kids and car fans, LEGO Speed Champions building sets let them build replicas from an extensive range of iconic vehicles.

Additional information: Kids can create each playset with confidence using the LEGO Builder app, which lets them zoom, rotate in 3D and track progress with easy-to-follow digital instructions. Set contains 270 pieces.

Need Mater!
My son is 5 and this was his first independent Lego build. The app with animated instructions definitely makes it easier for kids to build by themselves. Although this is listed as a 9+ build he was able to do about 90% of it without any help. Now we just need Mater to match!

Flimsy & hard to build
Really badly designed; it does not stay together. You put one piece on and three come off! Impossible to build

This Lego set is NOT autistic friendly at all,would not recommend to my friends. I love lego too,but this set has upset me dearly.

Family fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a staple in the front room for over a month. Lots of visitors got involved of all ages and helped to build it. Small pieces so careful around babies. Instructions easy to follow.

We Love CARS! Easy to follow directions. Perfect addition to our collection, plus my granddaughter loves to play with it as well. Other than one missing red piece the kit was excellent. Was able to improvise with the spare parts in the set.

Plane build ✈️
I bought this in an airport in Europe because I wanted to build a set on a plane to see if it was possible. Losing pieces? Stickers in turbulence? Yes it all happened but luckily I found the piece I dropped on the floor. It was a perfect size set to do this. It was a good build. And well priced. I'm not a speed champions fan but this and the bttf set are brilliant

Fitting that Lightnings nickname is stickers
Very amazing set, super fun having it under the speed champions line. Only complaint is there is a lot of stickers, although the stickers are fitting considering his nickname in the movies being “stickers”
