The product itself is really cute. I got it for my boyfriend. He hasn't tried it yet, but it looks nice. The only problem I have is that it came two weeks later than expected. My package got lost and it was a hassle. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I had to order another beard kit from a different company to make sure he got a gift in time.
