Nice chain very poor shipping
The chain is a pictured and very nice. It is a bit difficult to put on and take off. I think it should have a back lobster claw clasp as well. The shipping was terrible. It seemed like I received a box with nothing in it. I opened a big box with a tiny plastic bag containing the chain. I had trouble finding the chain. I dug through the paper and found the tiny bag with the tangled chain. For this price, Nordstrom should do better. Please include the brand’s jewelry box. Receiving a purchase like this makes it seem inauthentic… I really expect much better from Nordstrom.
