Adorable bag. Awful customer service. The bag was wrapped in plastic and tossed in a box. Not even in a dustbag! This is really shoddy.

Great style but…
I own the small Charlie in black and white.lots of room, very stylish. I love them. But there is one
flaw - since it is a crossbody, I wear it across
but if I’m wearing a loose knit sweater,
the buckle gets stuck on the garment
causing loose threads. Very annoying.

Fabulous Charlie Shoulder Bag

Beautiful bag!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new summer bag that wasn’t too big. The Charlie in white is gorgeous. Supple leather with lovely suede interior. Roomy enough for all the things. Love the two options in strap length. Magnetic closure and hardware are fabulous! Worth every penny. Celine at fashion show was a doll. Would highly recommend. Going back for the camel suede interior the same style.
