Adorable bag. Awful customer service. The bag was wrapped in plastic and tossed in a box. Not even in a dustbag! This is really shoddy.

Classy and well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag. The leather is soft and the interior is very spacious. The magnetic closure is very strong while still being easy to open. I like that I can wear it as a shoulder or crossbody bag. It’s a sleek bag that feels and looks luxurious.

Great style but…
I own the small Charlie in black and white.lots of room, very stylish. I love them. But there is one
flaw - since it is a crossbody, I wear it across
but if I’m wearing a loose knit sweater,
the buckle gets stuck on the garment
causing loose threads. Very annoying.

Love my Charlie bag!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased the Charlie shoulder bag in black and I love it. The leather is so soft and beautiful! I wore the bag shopping and then out to dinner and the size is perfect. I usually purchase a larger size bag, but happy I purchased this one. The size is perfect. It holds a full size wallet, sunglasses, keys, lipstick, phone and more. I will definitely buy in another color. 5 star rating for this bag!
