true to size. Was concerned about care, but was assured by contacting the business that the jeans would be ok on a "delicate " cycle in the dryer. so far so good. comfortable and will fit over my boots when I ride my motorcycle. Second pair I've bought. We'll see how well the wear. Not cheap but so far so good.
