BUYERS BEWARE
I reluctantly decided to try Nordstrom for a nice coat because I needed something quick and they had what I liked. I was with my wife in store and the lady called her my daughter even after correcting her multiple times (shes 30 I am 38). So I purchased a few small items but they had to order my coat ($5,000 cashmere). They promised it would be delivered 11/24 so days before I needed it for Thanksgiving event. After fighting trying to find where my package was they finally "found it" and it was delayed for no reasons given... then told me it would be delivered the Friday after Thanksgiving. Which in return I told them not to because I would not be home or back for weeks. Instead it was delivered still with no one home, no signatures nothing. . A $5k coat they just threw by the door... now it will surely be ruined by the time I get home because they're calling for 10 inches of snow and I have no idea when I will be back to get it... horrible customer service... horrible AI to try and even get to a human... I will stick with Burberry or other designer stores from now on.. lesson learned, but never will I shop at Nordstroms again...
