Brooke Floral Sleeveless Empire Waist Mikado Gown

I agree with the other review that says the material looks totally different in person. It is really a dark, dark navy and a dusty blue flower. It just has a much darker look to it, while the picture makes the fabric look vibrant. That being said, it is a beautiful dress. I just wouldn't select it if you are going to a Spring or Summer event. I am shopping for a MOG dress for my son's summer wedding. This fabric just isn't the look. For reference, I purchased a 4 and it fit perfectly.

I recently tried this dress on at Nordstrom. The fabric is somewhat different than what is pictured here. Here it looks like the florals are a blue green color. In person the flowers are a lighter blue with little of the black detailing shown. The dress is pretty but was a little dull in person. I wish the other fabric was available! The dress runs a tad tight in the chest.

I loved this gown! I wore it as a mother-of-the-groom dress. I received many compliments. The dress's structure was not stiff; however, the thick, fitted material kept me feeling all in and left nothing to jiggle or bulge. The sheen was also perfect! I was effortlessly dancing in this, and the pockets were a great touch! Who doesn't look good in this silhouette anyway?
