Eden Platform Flip Flop

The brown is a lovely deep chocolate, but the platform is too heavy. I barely walked in these, from car to restaurant and back, about four blocks. Still, I developed blisters between my toes!

The sole is inflexible, it smacks as a whole against the foot when walking. After just a few steps I could feel the friction between the toes. It is a beautiful, stylish, non functional shoe. This shoe is not for walking, it is for sitting around looking expensive. Returned.

This style was everything I was looking for, they are gorgeous. However the top straps are thin and lightweight, while the soles are heavy. This made them clunky and uncomfortable. Sad because I wanted to love them.

I’m typically a 6 but have wide feet and took a 5.5 in these sandals. The black have leather straps and under the foot but have suede on the outside perimeter. I think for a platform these are styled beautifully with slim shaped straps and just enough platform for height without looking chunky at all. I didn’t find these to be heavy whatsoever but I did wear them around the house for a couple days before I took them for a spin. Grocery shopping and an appointment where I had to walk a couple blocks with no blisters and no pain. I gave them a 4 because they are not super comfortable but not uncomfortable at all. I do think they will soften with wear and could become favorites. I’m definitely planning to look into other colors.

These shoes are beautiful! Perfect shade of chocolate, comfortable sole and just the right height. But OUCH!!! Those straps are killer!! I have gouges! Feet are ruined for the rest of summer. Sadly will never wear them again.

Its heavy and does not offer any support at all and the platform heels chip so easily!!!
