These are men’s boots labeled as woman’s. What absolutely ridiculous pain in the butt to get these freaking huge as heck men’s boots to have to drag to post office to return! Can’t a girl have a smooth transaction At Nordstrom anymore? Going downhill with the customer service and all their products. Especially now a days when you can order anyplace... Why even bother to order from this site anymore? Used to be top notch now when you order you never know what you are going to get! I was sent mens boots TWICE NOW. And had to go out of my way to return all for nothing but a pain and a big inconvenience to my busy life! Sorry, but for an expensive item as this, someone should be doing their job labeling all the genders of shoes correctly by the very least…. No excuse these days!!!!!!
