Valiey Slingback Flat (Women)

Looking for something to replace my open toe square dress shoe, was hoping these would be the one. I'm between a 7.5 & 8, usually a 7.5 in everything but athletic shoes where I wear an 8. Average size foot, rarely need a wide width unless it's a very narrow shoe. My biggest problem with these is that the slingback rubs my inner foot something fierce. I expect blisters if they are worn a long time. Also, the shape of the point pushes in on my big toe, and I can see that being a problem if they don't stretch. A couple of toes are slightly visible, if that bothers you. They are also the pointiest of all my shoes...I'm thinking just too pointy for this old lady. They will most likely be returned. Waiting for the rest of my anniversary sale order to arrive so I can make one return all together.

I liked the look of these for sure. I purchase the brown suede with the Sale in my regular size 7. I wanted to make them work, I did. I took a quick walk inside and I found that the shoe was making that flip-flop sound and the area right where the large toe hits the edge was already digging in. I had them on for less than I minute and I already had a red mark. Walking in them all day was going to cause an issue around that edge. Sadly, I will have to send them back. Hope they work out for you!

These shoes are very cute and had high hopes for them especially with the adjustable strap on the sling back. But from the first try-on out of the box were already uncomfortable. I echo the other user expressing concern about rubbing on the inside of her foot, it is very severe. Not sure who would feel comfortable in these, if anyone.

Beautiful color and shape to this shoe and reasonably comfortable for a pointed flat! However, the sole is inflexible like a board. I wouldn’t be surprised if this shoe broke down the road because I have no idea how the sling back of this is supposed to move with the shoe? Imagine clopping like a horse. If only they made this into a kitten heel it would have been great. Either way, this combo of stiff sole with delicate backing is a miss.

I really wanted these to work, but I hate the way that they fit. I am all about looking cute, but I have to be comfortable. Honestly, I don't think the black are that cute in person either (too much shine). These will definitely cause blisters, corns and bunions, which I cannot do, so they are going back asap!
