Whitney Leather Loafer (Women)

After initially ordering an 8 as reviews said to size up I ordered a 7.5. My second pair arrived dumped into a big box with a return address for Costco, not Nordstrom where they were loose, scuffed and had ragged edges. I contacted customer service to let them know whatever vendor they used was clearly not up to standard and was just told sorry about that! Now I have another pair of shoes I have to deal with returning. Not great Nordstrom.

I had purchased three penny loafers in different sizes through the GH Bass website, the quality was beyond superb. Taken away by the quality and beauty of the loafers, I decided to purchase a pair through Nordstrom to see if I would be able to score a better size. Upon delivery, I immediately opened the package and discovered the quality was not at all the same as the penny loafers I had seen from GH Bass. There were scratches on the leather, a stain on the toe of the foot, the cognac color wasn't as rich as the GH Bass ones. Very disappointed. What a waste of time waiting on this delivery right before the holidays.
