Perfect kitten heel, no dust bags provided
The shoe itself is beautiful—supple leather and very soft to the touch. The quality and comfort are high, and exactly what I expected from Prada. Zero complaints.
I didn’t receive dust bags, though. When I wrote to customer service about it, they sent me a single Nordstrom-branded dust bag. Finally, I physically went to salon shoes and explained my predicament, and a lovely salesperson was able to procure 2 Prada dust bags. All in all, the shoes are amazing, but the lack of dust bags was annoying.

Expected me from a high end designer
While the shoe is lovely and very comfortable. I was displeased the shoes arrived without dust bags. They were tossed into their blue Prada shoe box and the presentation was a miss. While this didn’t justify a return because I love the shoe, I expected more. If Tory Burch can add dust bags for protection, so can Nordstrom and Prada.
