Love Salomon Shoes
Glad to have found a replacement pair for the first Salomon's I found by accident at a local sporting good store, Mountain Sports in Arlington TX in their final close out section. They fit, price was right. I have had 4 foot surgeries & need a wide toe box with a relatively narrow heel & only wear closed toe shoes on my 3.5 mile daily walk. The Salomon Whisper matches my original pair so I am confident that I can purchase on-line in the future if needed. The quick lace system is very convenient & easy. Quality is nice but for me the wider toe box is the most important element. These are The gender inclusive sizing can be confusing if you don't realize that is how some Salomon's are sized. In most shoes I wear an 8 but I size up to 9 or 9.5 for close toed shoes. Pic is my original pair & the new Whisper in Sharp Green - love the color too.

Comfortable shoes if xt6 shoes are narrow for you
XT6 shoes are quite narrow for my feet. I have visited the store in Soho New York City and tried these on, they fit much better for me.
