Lago Flatform Slide Sandal (Women)

I really wanted to LOVE these. They are really beautiful and well made. They are my size and the crossed leather is just the right tightness to hold my foot securely. The problem is the footbed. It is too unforgiving if your foot doesn't sit just right in it. On me, it was millimeters too short and cut into the inside of my instep. Given that the main selling point of these sandals is the comfy footbed, it is a shame that it is too unforgiving. Unfortunately, for the price they need to go back.

What cool padded insoles - could be very comfortable indeed! They're great looking and the bisque shade is great - a bit more subtle than a darker shade. However, when I opened the box I got a very strong vinyl odor - not sure how long that would endure or how quickly it would gas off. Shame - it's made from vinyl and not leather therefore it wouldn't stretch or conform to your foot. It was tight around the top side, and although I loosened the buckle one notch, the other crossband still dug into the top side of my foot. It may work if you have flatter feet. I'm bummed because there was so much right about them.
