Hello, I’m writing this review because I gotten these sandals and when I opened the box @nordstrom in the parking lot there was no shoes inside the box at all. I went inside and talked to someone about this and they said to call costumer services so I did and they told me to take them back to the store to get refund and I just haven’t had time so I’m trying to see if they can do it online
