Too wide, poor quality and lousy customer service
WHAT I DON’T LIKE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IS THE FIT AND QUALITY. IT’S TOO WIDE AND THE SOLE IS TOO NARROW WHICH MEANS PART OF THE EXPOSED LEATHER ON THE UNDERSIDE WILL WEAR OUT QUICKLY.
WHAT I REALLY HATE IS HOW MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
WHERE ARE THE 2 (TWO) $10.00 NOTES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME FOR THE RETURN OF THIS ORDER?
THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ORDER WAS $156.00. MY AMEX WAS CHARGED $136.00 AND 2(TW0) $10.00 NOTES PAID THE REMAINING $20.00 BALANCE

Hi, I am certainly a fan of Cole Haan but unfortunately this shoe was a disappointment. the sides are saggy with gaps in it and the shoe is extremely longer than the fit of a 7 1/2. Unfortunately it was non returnable.
