Fabola Slide Sandal

I ordered these sandals and was expecting Nordstrom's usual high standard of service and quality. Unfortunately, what I received was clearly a used pair - visible wear on the soles and straps, and not in a condition that should ever be sold as new. What's more disappointing is that when I contacted Nordstrom customer service, they did not offer a replacement or discount. Instead I was told to return them and wait for another pair to be shipped. That left me scrambling to find a backup in time for the event I purchased these for. Still shocked that a retailer like Nordstrom would allow used items to be sent out as new. I expected better.
