Too worn to be sold as new

Super cute but once I got them home I noticed how worn they were on the bottom of the sole. Not sure how it was okay to charge full price ($400) on worn in shoes? Took them back and customer service thought they came from The Rack and got sold again as new. I’ll check closer before I buy from now on.

Love! Love!

The baby blue color and studs make everyone stop me to ask where I got them. I have them in tan also and get almost as many compliments. Both go great with my matching Veronica Beard flowy slacks as well as much of my wardrobe and travel well. I have walked 8,000 steps in them with minimal soreness, no blisters or residual pain. I loved them so much I bought 2 of each so I’d have them after I wear out the first pairs.
