$1400 dollar boots showed up used
Was sent an obviously worn and returned item that was not inspected at all before being put back up for sale. Item had 0 wrapping/packaging, the shoes were placed incorrectly in box and the leather had major scratches and signs of wear. The shoe is no longer available in my size so I request a partial refund due to the egregious handling of my order. I purchased an almost $1400 item from Nordstrom and received an order that looked like it was packaged by a teenaged second hand sneaker reseller. This will be the last time I shop at Nordstrom.
