Horrible all around
Let’s start off that I tried these shoes on in store at Garden State Plaza in NJ and noticed there was damage on the heel. I alerted the sales rep about this and asked if they had another pair. They did not so I figured I would just order them. I did inquire with the sales rep on what will happen to the shoes and they stated the shoes would be damaged out.
No big deal, I figured I would just order them through Nordstrom.com. Well, I received the shoes today and they sent me the same exact pair with the damage from the same store.
I called customer service and asked for a team lead to voice my frustrations and they did not seem to care one bit. They offered to expedite a new pair of shoes and that was it.
This was not a good way to resolve this matter. The customer service was on the same level as their quality control. Horrible. This is not the service that is expected from a high end store and from a high end item.
I also had just signed up for a Nordstrom card which I will now be canceling as well due to how this was handled.
Thanks Nordstrom, you just lost a customer,
