Really, Nordstrom?!
Shoes are lovely and TTS, but this review is for the terrible condition these were delivered in. The box was trashed, with one side torn off. Also, one of the insoles was unglued and was just hanging from the inside of the shoe, as if someone just stuffed it back inside after trying to pull them off. How did this even pass QC? You should be embarrassed, Nordstrom! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 decades, and have noticed a decline in both quality of merchandise and service. Please try harder!

I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Not only did my shoes arrive in a Nordstrom box instead of their original packaging, but they also appeared used—possibly a returned pair or a display model. They had no tags and shoelaces were tied. I can’t understand how anyone would think this is acceptable. This has never happened to me before, which is why I had no choice but to return them.

Nordstrom didn’t care damages shoes
Shoes arrived damaged and box was sooo damaged. I would’ve kept the shoes had they not been damaged. Nordstrom‘s customer service was less than ideal. They would not give me a gift card to compensate for my inconvenience or recognize that the service was unfair. Both inside and outside of the box and shoes had a black substance all over it.
