I have been a long time fan of SW and have purchased many shoes over the years; heels, sandals, boots. Always great quality, never disappointed that I can recall. First, the product arrived from The Rack in a very damaged, old torn box. Tissue was old and crumpled around the shoes. the heel itself was dirty and clearly the shoes had been worn. And the overall look and quality was not what i've had in the past from SW. The adobe looked and felt cheap, the sole was rubber vs the usual SW leather. And the online purchase was made at a full price listing of $495.00. Overall this was an insulting and disappointing purchase from Nordstrom. I remain a loyal customer consistency of quality products is no longer a guarantee. That said, and given the circumstances, I appreciate the continued free return.
