What it does: The Activator works in synergy with WONDER BLADING colors to create waterproof, transfer-proof shades that stay fresh-looking and vibrant for hours.
How to use: Spray WONDER BLADING Lip Activator on lips. Do 1–3 mists until lips are slightly damp. To catch drips, hold a tissue or cloth against your chin. You may experience a mild tingling sensation on lips and a sweet taste.
