Love the shoes
Shoes fit perfectly and look so good! Each time i wear i get the best compliments. You can dress up or dress down. One of my best additions to my closet and the best part was hoe beautifully they were packed to avoid any creases or scratches.

Terrible Quality
These boots were very comfortable when I tried them on. I live in Canada, so it’s been snow and winter since I got them. I went to wear them this morning and there are a bunch of cracks and flaking in the leather on top of the foot area. These have never been worn! I’ve had them in my closet sitting on their own, they haven’t rubbed against anything. The quality is terrible. I am very disappointed.

Love this boot. The version of gold is a classy gold. Boot is very comfortable. Wish the ankle wasn't so wide. I have a regular sized ankle and it is alittle big.

I need to return my shoes back. I am having severe trouble doing this. When I submit my order no. Your site says that my order number is incorrect. I am within 30 days but cant get anyone to help me with this issue. I love the shoes but they must go back. I need help with this return. Disappointing
Comfortable, and reasonably stylish for work. Unforunately, very poor craftmanship. Within the first day of wearing them (inside my clinic), the leatherette heel has already peeled. After a week of daily wear (walking inside my office, and the only outdoor walk is meters from my car into the building, and previous to the snow/salt) they look awful. Particularly the heel (presume from driving and rubbing on the car mat?)
Given the price point, would not recommend these despite the comfort.

I did have the heel lifts changed because they are killers.
Very hard plastic makes it easy to slip. This should be corrected.
