8-Piece Bath Towel Set

Nordstrom delivered TOWELS in a cardboard box, no bag, no tissue, nothing. Towels in a box. Yuk! Do better!

In reading the reviews it seems as if Nordstrom took the information under advisement and made changes. My towels were delivered wrapped in plastic instead of just the box as some said in reviews. The towels are also very soft and good quality.

I hate that Nordstrom is becoming more and more like Macy’s. Why would they just throw towels into a box like this? I’ve never experienced such poor packaging from Nordstrom before. The prices aren’t as competitive as they used to be, and it seems like the items that go on sale are often the ones that have been returned. It’s disappointing because I always expected a higher standard from Nordstrom. I haven’t used these towels yet, so I can’t comment on the quality. I’ll be writing a follow-up review once I’ve had a chance to use them, but my first impression based on the packaging alone is not a good one.
