Jago Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

When I called Nordstroms that I received a pair of used and worn shoes from order pick up, customer service transferred me to the shoe department. The shoe department rep (a manager?) was not very helpful and told me that I was not allowed to return it in store. He gave me the option to print a return label and take it to FedEx. Take caution when you buy designer shoes that is not sold in the store. The store will not provide customer service. Nordstroms store managers will not take it back as a return and refund.

The other customer who posted is correct: they are selling used shoes here. Highly disappointed in Nordstrom. The shoes had visible wear and tear, were in a generic box (vs. the Jimmy Choo box) and didn't have dust ruffles. To make matters worse, they were thrown in the box with no care, had visible scuffs, and the strap closure already looked worn (beyond what you would expect from a try-on). Additionally, these do have an odd fit. I had ordered my original size, which was WAY too small. I ordered these up a size and toe box is extremely loose. The toe area is also pointier than can be seen online and just looks off.
