OMG how beautiful
I have had three pairs of Naturalizer boots for almost 10 years now. It was called the Tall Harbor boot and I got them in the Cordovan, Black and Banana Bread color. I wish I had bought back up pairs! After all the years, they still look great and they're still my go to throughout the year. I finally decided it was time for new boots and ordered these. They're amazing. I've now ordered in a second color. I have to say I notice the toe box is slightly tighter in these than my old boots but it could be that my old ones have stretched out over the years. I've tried many other brands but I keep coming back to Naturalizer for the comfort. These are beautiful, will go with everything and as I know from experience, will last forever!

Horribly Made
Pretty to look at, but when heel is flat on level floor, the rest of the shoe doesn't touch the ground (pictured). Putting ball of foot on the ground tips the heel up with the shoe isn't on my foot (pictured), and when I tried it on, if I put both heel and ball of foot on the ground, the midfoot buckles and the arch bends in a terrible spot with no support for my arch at all. Took about 3 steps and it was so clunky I took them off immediately.

Wrong size sent to me
I ordered these in an 8 with wide calf. I was sent a size 10 and of course my correct size is no longer available…..and I have to spend my time sending them back. Thanks Nordstrom for poor service to a supposed preferred customer. If I could give zero stars….

Poorly constructed with inferior leather
Great color. Leather goes from wrinkled to smooth, from one side the boot looks like one thing, from the other it looks like something else. The screws that hold the heal on were tweaked at an angle. So once you walked for a bit, you'd probably get the edge of the screw digging into the heel of your foot. The wide calf, is WAY TOO wide. I have a wide calf and that is about 1.5 inches to wide. It looked dumb. It doesn't come in the same size with a non wide calf as it does as the wide calf....so that's weird.

Extra wide calf
The size 11W extra wide calf measurements are 16" shaft height with 19.5" circumference, not the measurements listed. I found the wide width to be snug in the toe box for me. I like them enough to reorder but don't know what size would fit since the measurements are inaccurate :-(

Sorely Disappointed
Quality material, but poor craftsmanship. Despite purchasing a wide fit, it was super narrow in the toe box area and pinched my toes together. Boot fit well in calves, and was a proper fit in size, yet somehow was very loose around the heel and kept rubbing and popping off the foot when I walked. The sole was also very hard and uncomfortable. It felt like I was walking on concrete. Very sad and disappointed. I really liked the fashionable simplicity of the style and really wanted to make these boots work.
