Dean Chelsea Boot

These boots look great, they aren’t heavy but the size or doesn’t bend at all. It’s not comfy table for me. The leather is fragile, I have oxfords from this collection (btw, they are comfortable). I usually wear size 37, and it fits me well, even a little wide (so, enough space for orthopedic insoles).

I honestly don't understand how this sizing was listed on your website. The boots were advertised as a U.S. size 11. However, when I received them, the sole was clearly marked as a European size 41. A European size 41 is simply not equivalent to a U.S. size 11, which explains why the boots were far too small and had to be returned. I already find it difficult to determine the correct size when shopping online, and inaccurate sizing information only makes the process more frustrating and time-consuming for customers. All I ask is that the sizing information published on your website accurately reflects the actual product being sold. Proper verification of sizes and conversions would save customers a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary returns.
