Received damaged shoes! Awful quality control.
Ordered in 38.5 but they were too small. Reordered in 39 and received a dirty pair with a big scratch in the leather and no dust bag! Frustratingly I ordered a different style Prada loafer, and that pair arrived with creasing across the toes like they’d already been worn, and also with no dust bag. Returning all 3 pairs and will not purchase designer shoes from Nordstrom again
