Because there are no photos attached to this belt's listing and no reviews buying online was a leap of faith. I am a small and bought accordingly assuming this would work as a waist belt. Unfortunately in a small on the tightest hole it sits on my hips. There is no way to even punch additional holes as studs then start in the space a new hole would be punched. The belt is also very stiff and hard to work through the hardware. Totally not what I expected or wanted and would have been so much better if it were a waist belt or available in an XS (again though I would normally wear a small for a waist belt). Think a retro 80s low slung hip belt and perhaps that was the intention but a photo would have been much more appropriate or a better description. Now all that being said, I am going to keep it. There is something cool about it that I can find an outfit for but honestly it should have been less stiff, described better and a photo showing it styled.
