Classic Driving Shoe (Women)

....the Color is not at all as it appears on Line and that is NOT the only Problem I had in completing my Purchase. My Shoe Size is and always has been a 7.5....however, with this particular Shoe I had to size up to a Size 8; that of course meant, I had to send my first Purchase back. My original Purchase was a black Moccasins; the black Color looked washed out and the natural Stitching and Bow looked strange, therefore, I chose the Natural Color for my second Purchase. When I received my second Order it was in an unbelievable Shape. First off it was NOT securely wrapped in an additional Box; instead was sent in the Shoe Box itself, which was torn in several Places and held together with Tape. Luckily the Shoes themself were fine and I will keep them. I don't particularly like Sneakers and these Moccasins primarily will be used instead. This most certainly was not a pleasant Experience; I am not used to that at all with any of my previous Nordstrom Purchases.
