I couldn’t believe when I completed check out for the beautiful Brooklyn 28 in dark ruby! I was searching for weeks and couldn’t get it anywhere and I just happened to be browsing the website and it said 1 left I didn’t think twice I clicked place order as quick as I can think. Fast forward she’s here she’s perfect for fall and year round the most stunning shade of red I’ve ever laid eyes on. Her texture is smooth. She’s very lightweight and fits easily over the shoulder. Her price point for the quality can’t be beat. Coach does it yet again! I’ll forever be a coach girlie.

No Purse - But A Pretty Pound!
When Nordsroms keeps your money after delivering the package to the wrong location and a person who does not work in your small office, you have no idea if the purse is good, bad, or other. However, you know it is expensive to pay for receiving nothing.

Leather is nice, but.
This handbag is almost perfect. The leather is supple and I can see how wonderful it would wear. However, it is not lined. The lining is glaze therefore, it has begun to crack and catches all the piling. I do not think it going to wear well in the inside. Wish they would have finished it with leather or “suede” on the inside, especially at this price point.

leather is too stiff for me
This bag is too stiff for me. I am sure with time it will gradually get softer. But it really feels like carrying a purse made out of cardboard. It's uncomfortable. Not a fan.

a gift of first Coach had no box
I ordered this as a present for my daughter for Christmas. Since when do coach purses not come in a box it came only in the shipping box wrapped in plastic. Luckily I had a coach box to put it in from one of my purses. Huge disappointment. No review on the bag, it’s coach, it’s fine and it’s what she wanted.

Poor Quality
I wanted to love this as it’s beautiful online but unfortunately I couldn’t. There isn’t really structure to the bag so when there is nothing in it and is put on the shelf, the bag “flops” and loses its form. If buying, you might have better luck stuffing it before storing. I just prefer bags with more structure.
