This shoe is so cute. But not very comfortable whatsoever. I had to return it because it put sores on my feet. But they are so cute.

I love this shoe, very comfortable very well put together. I wore them to brunch. I danced to the live band and received numerous compliments on this shoe. I’ll definitely purchase brand again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had to exchange the shoes three times because the sizing is so inconsistent and confusing. After all that, I still received the wrong size. It’s been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, the packaging was very disappointing. For a pair of shoes at this price point, I expected much better care in how they were packaged and shipped. Instead, the overall experience felt careless and far below what I’d expect from Nordstrom. I usually expect excellent service from Nordstrom, but this experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I hope they improve their quality control for both sizing and packaging because customers shouldn’t have to go through multiple exchanges only to receive the wrong item again.
