Can't even put the shoes on!
The opening of the shoes are so small that I couldn't put my foot in the shoe! The leather is super stiff. What a waste of material and labor! This should be part of quality control before shoes are made.

Running a Full to Half Size Small
Cute boot. I got the Ona in a 9.5 because I tried the 2024 Sorel Joan Now boot on in a store in that size. The 9.5 in the Joan was a little large on me. I got the Ona Ave in a 9.5 and it is either a half or a full size smaller than the 9.5 Joan. Additionally the Ona Ave has a tight opening so it really pulled on my sock when putting my foot into the boot. That shouldn't happen. The opening shouldn't be that tight. A tight boot opening is not even necessary a good look. I didn't get the Joans because they were uncomfortable for me. The Ona Ave seems like it will be comfortable if I can get the correct size. The opening should have been a little wider. A plus on the Ona is the correctly sized back loop for pulling on the boot, a 5/5 on that feature.

Cute but Small
These are super cute, high quality boots. Fortunately I ordered a half size larger than my regular size. I still struggled to get them on my feet, so I know it would have been impossible to wear my typical size. They are comfy once I was able to get them on my feet.

Get the boots!
I live in the PNW but I'm not really outdoorsy. I needed boots to wear in rain, slush and our occasional snow. These are my first Sorel and I wasn't sure if I would like these but I can tell they will be great! I am usually a size 8 to 8.5 and I ordered a 9 which is the perfect size to wear with thicker socks. I will be getting a lot of use from these, whether it is the pumpkin patch or playing in the snow. Get these boots while they are still on sale!

To small
I was so excited to get these. I can’t even get my foot in the hole. Very tight and narrow. I finally shoved my foot in and it was way too small and tight. I’m going to have to return them.
