My sales rep was as great as my new purchase
I was looking for a comfortable more formal looking shoe to wear with suits and also with more casual but dressy combinations of slacks and blazer. My Cole Haan shoes are great but most of them have a white thick looking sole. Great for comfort but not for looking more dressy/formal.
My sales rep was extremely helpful in identifying great solution. I ultimately settled on these Cole Haan which fit the bill perfectly. On my first wearings, they were flexible enough to walk outdoors on sidewalks and pavement for about a mile to an event. The comfort was amazing vs. stiffer leather only soled shoes and they/I looked great. I really appreciate the help and expertise I received from my sales rep who assured I had the perfect fit and a style that was dressy and comfortable. THANKS
